ICUMSA 45 sugar is the highest quality sugar available on the market today. ICUMSA 45 sugar is a sparkling white, highly refined sugar, suitable for human consumption and use in a wide range of food applications.
It is perpetually in High demand as it is the safest form of Sugar, due to the fact that the refining process by which it is created removes the Bacteria and Contaminants often present in raw sugars.

SUGAR ICUMSA 150

ICUMSA 150 white cane sugar is also called White Crystal Sugar which is formed by crystallization process, without chemical refining. ICUMSA 150 sugar is widely used because it contains less chemical. It is more easily available, and it is a lower cost replacement to the traditional ICUMSA 45 white refined sugar. ICUMSA 150 white cane sugar is often used in large scale baking, drinks making and the production of other food stuffs.

BROWN SUGAR VHP 600-1200

ICUMSA 600-1200 is 100% raw brown refined sugar which is produced after the first crystallization of sugar cane. Raw sugar is rougher than white sugar, and its colour is brownish. Raw brown sugar from sugar cane, when fully refined, yields contain about 70 percent white sugar. There are more molasses found in natural brown sugar that gives it a higher mineral gratified.
